We want you to love every Cleanova product. If your return meets our policy requirements, we will process a refund or replacement. Our goal is to resolve your request quickly and hassle-free.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. If you're not 100% satisfied, we will resolve your request.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
In the same condition you received them
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cleaning products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return

Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label
Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are fully refunded (since shipping was free)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Did your order arrive damaged or incorrect? We're so sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different product or scent? Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free exchange — no extra shipping charges.
